Why do we give importance to SHG, JLG, Microfinance, Farmer's Club, Partnership firm in our organization?
Most people in our country are living in debt. Some people do not get any debt relief. To pay off the debt, he gets out of the state and goes
to work. Self-employment or skill education is not enough in our village. So the rural poor harm the village and reputation and life.
With the family, they go out of state. And work very hard. They lose their children's education, their own lives, the family's wife and daughter face defeat. They did not know what self-employment was, and what self-help was. Unity is power, so our organization deeply values the unity program.The benefit of unity is to easily collect the largest capital and start any work. Emotionally any member automatically earns money from each other, and at their home, they do any work.
How and who do we help?
We only help women & Women groups, The reason for this is that women do the housework from morning till two in the afternoon, That's why domestic women do not go to work, Other household members are engaged in some work. If domestic women get some work at home, there is development throughout the country.
How we work?
We employ two types, one skill and the other unskilled. Free any self-employment training and agriculture knowledge, Women must be members of any group. We train women groups and if women want to do business with us, we are doing business with agreement.
How to registration a member?
For the registration of a woman who will be associated with our organization, she purchases our organization marketing products through our website and organizations worker. Women can earn
money by working like distributors in our marketing. In addition to women, our marketing agents can become men and women distributors. Each of our customers is a distributor If our customer buys from our
organization every month for a year, we cut GST and service tax and refund all purchases money.
Work details
If women have any involvement, we work on our organization as if the women earn some money. We help in the work that the women's group wants. We help in the creation and servicing of women's groups. Just like Dress making, Tailoring, Handloom, Alltype manufacturing product, etc, Animals cultivate cows, such as vanaraja, poultry, goat rearing, cow rearing, etc. The group wants to learn something about self employment and we work on it.

LOYAL is an enterprise, For which was done by our Honorable Admin Mr. Khelaban Suna sir on 6 November 2016. With the help
of enterprise, the women living in the village can learn some work and if they want to sell the finished goods, they can sell it through
loyals. Before training about self employment, our enterprise first sells content to women and informs women about it and motivates the business. We need staff for this work.
