This village is a small village in Chhakormal gram panchayat, under Dungarpali block of Subarnapur district of Odisha. There was a meeting of some employees of our organization at Chhatkhol on 29, 11, 2019 with an idea of ​​how to increase financial devaluation for women. 21 women attended this meeting. Name of the member present in the meeting is given below.

The meeting started at 3 pm, This meeting took place under our PRO Gobinda Bag, With the help of the women of the village, a meeting was started in the village club house, It was decided in the meeting that women will learn work in groups.  which is like this.

  4. Liquid soap manufacturing
  5. Dishwasher manufacturing
  6. Agarbatti manufacturing
7.Vanaraj poltry farming
Time was taken to select all of them.  The group members chose no skills,On 6 December 2019, another meeting was called again with the consent of all the members.  Our PRO Gobinda Bagh thanks all the members and ends the meeting.

Second meeting :-

 On December 6, 2019, our Loyal Officer met for the second season in Chahatakhol. All the women were present in the club house at the event. The service was not started before the village started with some problems, Our team has been informed that, they were not the best dedicated group,You will be called when the group is ready for self-employment.We failed to work in Chatkhol village.  Mrs. Upshi Haripal informed us that the group was not ready for self-employment.  If future groups are ready for self-employment, the groups contact your organization. Our officer returns from Chahatakhol village with despair.
