- Soda aash
- Acid slury
- SLES
- Salt
- Dolomite
- CBX
- Castic Soda
- Meta silicate
- Perfume
First part:-
- We bring water and add caustic soda and keep it for twenty four hours. A minimum of 3 percent water is required to make washing powder And caustic soda requires two percent to make washing powder.
- Then we are mixing acid slury with caustic soda liquid. Washing powder in acid slury requires a minimum of 18%. Then we mix 1% CBX, 18% SLES and ready a past.
- We mix 10% soda ash, 5% meta silicate, 5% dolomite and 50% salt together,
- Then in this part mix the mixture with the mixture of the first part.
