How to appoint a Public Relations Executive in LOYAL?
Public Relations Executive (PRE) enters our LOYAL through appointment of Development Executive or LOYAL Authority Officer. PRE posts are appointed as both male and female genders. First PREs apply for this position and take a written examination.
What is the Public Relations Executive (PRE) eligibility criteria?
The PRE must meet the following eligibility criteria.
1. Must be a resident of the local area. If qualified candidates are not available, LOYAL appoints another field candidate.
2.Education Qualification Class 10 and above.
3. Minimum age should be 18 years or maximum 45 years.
4. Must have good writing and accounting skills with good (option) computing capabilities along with good speaking power.
5.There should be sensitivity towards poor women.
6. They should not hold any political position nor be employed by GO / NGO on part-time or full-time basis
7. Cycling or bike riding is a must.
Rules and Responsibilities:
Public Relations Executive goal will be to cultivate a positive LOYAL Organisation image.
Develop Public Relation Executive campaigns and media relations strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams LOYAL Products marketing and maintain open communication with senior management.
Creating new women group with information on village women group.
To be associated with Anganwadi workers in the village including Master Book Keeper and CRP.
Self-help group survey with Anganwadi workers in the village for LOYAL.
Preparation of list of village women who are members of self-help groups and who are not.
Helping women build a comfortable, self-help group, joint liability group or partnership firm if possible.
To have a meeting about the self-employment functions of self-help groups.
Information about women's self-employment was given by attending the meeting of SHG Maha Sangha.

Public Relations Executive Every woman should be registered with LOYAL customers.
To encourage self-employment in the minds of women.
The PROs will regularly visit the SHGs of each village and regularly visit individual women's homes to obtain information about product orders or other problems.
PRE will also maintain other records of LOYAL for example. Register related to marketing funds, health records of other activities taken up by LOYAL over a period of time.
The PRE will audit the accounts of member SHGs on an annual basis spread over a period of one year.
The PRE will prepare LOYAL's annual financial statements including income and expenditure statements, receipt and payment statements, and balance sheets.
Prepare a monthly trial balance of LOYAL and women SHG, JLG, and women Partnership firm.
PRE, member-wise financial data of each SHG will be treated as the initial balance at the cut-off date: one time activity
PRE supports women group in the selection of group leaders
PREs will provide PRE Leadership to Group Leaders as well as training (including refresher training) to Group Leaders as well as providing them with LOYAL support as required.
The PRE will be responsible for collection of consolidated financial statements SHG wise every month on behalf of the leader in a general meeting held at LOYL level.
PRE will be helped in evaluation / upgrade of women group every year.
PRE will participate in specific training programs organized by women group members in its training chart.
PRE will communicate with women group members in a sensitive manner.
PRE is bound to execute the decision taken by LOYAL.
The PRE will be a resource person in the group leader training program related to account / record keeping books.
PRE will work under the guidance of LOYAL office bearers.
PRE will not interfere with the decision making process of LOYAL
PRE will not make any pre-determined assumptions or opinions on any women group members.
If one area is deficient in PRE, then PRE has to leave the nearest area and work in another area.
PRE Capacity Building
Most of the capacity of the PRE will be spent on construction. However, Block GP / Block / District level will develop the capability of PRE through a series of training programs on auditing or auditing of financial records and various finance related subjects. The following modules are anticipated for capacity building of PRE
Formation and strengthening of SHGs and federations and also on the upgrading of SHGs or sell SHGs manufacturing products.
Writing books of account.
Basic banking and linkage processes.
Community purchase.
Audit books
Preparation of bank reconciliation statement
Data entry into computer using Tally (monthly financial records of SHG)
LOYAL will develop an action plan for PRE on an annual basis. The performance of the PRE will be reviewed every month and its work will be continued on the basis of satisfactory performance. Monitoring and supervision will be done by LOYAL on a monthly basis. PREs whose performance is not found to be satisfactory may be recommended for further training and capacity building, if their performance is not satisfactory for three consecutive months, they may not be recommended for further continuation by LOYAL is.
