1. Introduction

Parents aim to save money for their daughter.  The scheme encourages parents to save money for future education and marriage expenses of their daughters  The scheme name is,

"LOYAL Daughter Prosperity Deposit Scheme."

1.1 Enterprises

LOYAL (hereinafter referred to as LOYAL, Manufacturing and Services) is a privately owned Manufacturing and Services under MSME, Enterprise operating in the State of Odisha.  The registered office of the company is situated at Semelmunda, Patuapali, Bolangir, Odisha, PIN 767021, India.

1.2 Aim: 

The aim is to bring progress, development and empowerment of women  Our benefits will be broadly developed to encourage the active participation of all stakeholders to achieve their goals  Women's health care, equal access to quality education, career and vocational guidance, employment, equal pay, occupational health and safety, social security and public access.

1.3 Mission: 

Focused and responsive self-employment training and marketing is a continuous basis for providing a variety of vocational jobs that empower our rural women and other stakeholders socially and economically.

1.5 About LOYAL Girl Prosperity Deposit Scheme:-

LOYAL is a simple plan for parents to cover their daughter's marriage and education expenses  This plan was approved by LOYAL on August 14, 2020

   2. Rules

For LOYAL for proper implementation of the scheme, certain rules have been laid down in LOYAL Board meeting which are as follows.

   2.1.  LOYAL is not a bank, so parents need to know that it is an enterprise that manufactures and sells.

   2.2.  To get this plan, parents have to create a customer card in their daughter's name  And parents have to buy household necessities like (cloth cleaning powder, soap, agarbatti etc.) from LOYAL.

   2.3. Parents can buy items starting at Rs.250 and parents can buy as many as they want.

   2.4. There will be a small fee for registration (if parents want to sign a contract, parents will have to pay notarial costs for legal stamp fees and service charges).

   2.5. Girls from three months to 12 years can register girls, only one card is allowed for each girl

  

   2.6. Whatever the parents buy from their daughter's registered card, all the money will be returned to the daughter after 18 years of age.

  

   2.7. LOYAL will not pay interest on the purchase of goods in excess of Rs  At maturity, the entire amount will be divided every month, and it will show how much money is coming in every month

   2.8.  For purchases above Rs.250, the bonus will be refunded

  2. 9.Registered ID can be transferred at LOYAL branches in India.

   2.10. If parents don't buy for a month, penalty charges will be levied after 15 days

   2.11. If some urgent time comes and parents need money, LOYAL will help parents with some emergency money at that time.  Therefore, the customer's account must be more than 2 years old

   2.12.  LOYAL will not refund the purchase if the parent is unable to operate the daughter's registered account for 6 years.

   2.13.If parents want to turn it close, it cannot be turned close.

  2.14.  If the daughter dies before the end of the six-year period, the account will be closed, and no refund will be made.

  2.15 If the parent dies, and the account has been in existence for more than 3 years, the entire amount in the account will be returned to the child.

   3. Documents to be employed

   3.3.  Proof of Girl Child age ( Self declaration )

   3.4.  Photo of parent or daughter (photo of identity will be taken if not photo)

    Is 3.5.  Agreement (optional)

   3.6.  Proof of low purchase order of product order
