At-Kundamal (Budakpali) Po-Chhatapipal, District-Balangir, our organization PRE Girish Baitharu surveys this village on 7/9/2020. We have been welcomed by this village mother Budharja SHG to learn self-employment training

Kundamal ( Budekpali), a small village under Chhatapipal Panchayat of Puintala block in Bolangir district. The total population in this village is from one ward, there is a small school, we women group meeting started on 7/9/2020.

There is a group of 12 women and the principle of group rule is that buying raw materials and teaching them to manufacture raw incense sticks is decided to get employment at home.

The SHG group of women of this village will have to prove whether they will buy raw material for incense sticks or not.  Whether or not the organization conforms to purchased material.  The meeting of 5 October 2020 could not be held due to the group's inability to give any written evidence.  We did not get any information from that group that we can start our women's empowerment work here, if there is work to be done, then there should be a meeting of the women's group and we should give a date and place in writing.  The women's group's bio-data gives information about how many members are setting up self-employment, we are awaiting the latter's agreement and the cost of purchasing the raw materials, we hope the group collects the money and purchases the raw materials  , Then we start training and continue the business group.
