1. Introduction

Parents aim to save money for their child.  The scheme encourages parents to save money for future education and marriage expenses of their child.  The scheme name is,  "Parents Blessing Deposit Scheme" 

1.1 Enterprise

LOYAL (hereinafter referred to as LOYAL, Manufacturing and Services) is a privately owned Manufacturing and Services under MSME, Enterprise operating in the State of Odisha.  The registered office of the company is situated at Semelmunda, Patuapali, Bolangir, Odisha, PIN 767021, India.

1.2 Aim:

 The aim is to bring progress, development and empowerment of women  Our benefits will be broadly developed to encourage the active participation of all stakeholders to achieve their goals  Women's health care, equal access to quality education, career and vocational guidance, employment, equal pay, occupational health and safety, social security and public access.

1.3 Mission: 

Focused and responsive self-employment training and marketing is a continuous basis for providing a variety of vocational jobs that empower our rural women and other stakeholders socially and economically.

1.5 About M/S LOYAL  Parents Blessing Deposit Scheme :

 Buy M/S Loyal  manufacturing products, and in return, a lifetime recurring deposit for parents  children and secure parents  child's future. The plan was passed by the Loyal Committee on May 1, 2021.

   2. Rules for the LOYAL "Parents Blessing Deposit Scheme"  In order to carry out the scheme properly, the meeting of the  LOYAL Board of Committee has set certain rules which are as follows.

   2.1.LOYAL is not a bank, so parents need to know that it is an enterprise that manufactures and sells.

   2.2.  To get the plan, parents have to get a customer ID in their children's  name, and parents have to buy the house needs from  LOYAL.

   2.3.  Parents can shop for 250 rupees and parents can buy as much as they want.

   2.4.  There is Rs 100/- registration fee. If the parents want to make an agreement, the parents will have to pay Rs100 for the legal stamp fee and service fee.

   2.5.  Child can register from three months to 14 years, only one account is allowed for each child.

   2.6.  Whatever products  parents buy from their child  registered letter, all the money 50% will be returned to the child or parents  at the age of 22 on registered child  with Bonous .

   2.7. LOYAL  will not pay interest on buying more products value . During maturity, all the amounts will be divided every month, and it will be seen how much money is coming per month.

   2.8.  For purchases over 350, the bonus will be add refunded value.

   9. Registered ID can be transferred to any location of LOYAL branches in India.

   2.10.  If the parents do not buy for a month, the account will be closed after 28 days.

   2.11.  If something urgent comes up and the parent needs the money, LOYAL will help the parent with some emergency money at that time.  Therefore, the customer's account must be more than 3 years old.

   2.12.  LOYAL will not refund the purchase if the parent is unable to operate the child registered account for sevn years.

   2.13.  If the parents want to close it, it cannot be closed.

  2.14.  The child  dies before the 7 - year period ends, the account is closed, and no amount is refunded.

  2.15 If the parent dies, and the account has been in existence for more than 5 years, all the amount in the account will be returned to the child.
